really good. just pops off when you take the bottom of the aeropress off, a quick rinse and good to go.

I got this filter to replace my paper aeropress filters. I did not want to pay a huge amount of money so after studying reviews I got this to try. As others have said it does make the cap on the aeropress a lot stiffer, but it does fit ok. I have noticed that some fine grounds are now left in the cup, probably from the cap filter holes around the edge as this steel filter covers the others. This does not detract too much from the coffee tho as the grounds are not too many in the cup. I do think thT the flavour is improved by this filter. Coffee seems a lot more flavoursome , even supermarket bought beans taste better (I do grind my own!). I am going to change to a slightly coarser grind to see if this stops the coffee being left in cup. I would recommend this filter.

This is ok, but it doesn't live up to the hype nor the price. It is quite a flimsy thing. I understand that the mesh needs to be quite thin and fine to function, but the ring around this could be made of a stronger metal. I don't expect this to last that long. It think it would make better coffee if the mesh size was smaller. The coffee comes through this quite easily, so I think it's difficult to achieve optimal pressure.

Really don't like this at all! It's difficult to get the steel filter out after use, without it falling into the bin & you having to dig in the bin to fish it out! Think I will go back to paper filters.

Why did I ever bother with paper filters!? Works just as well and very easy to clean. Hope it lasts.

As described. Filters very well in my aero press. Does make tightening the end cap a little more difficult.
