A light tonic that has a fruity/slight sweetness to it. Not as gassy or heavy as Fever Tree in my opinion. We serve it with Macaronesian gin that also has a fruitiness to it. Tried this tonic with Hendricks and it didn't have the same wow factor. To an extent it dampened some of Hendricks gorgeous juniper flavours.
