Unusable and can’t return or refund
I have taken these before, and I find them good for skin and health, but this time I openednthe jar and then capsules were all melted and stuck together in one lump that was stuck to the side of the jar. Obviously they are unusable but there is no way on Amazon to get a refund or replacement as it just says no refund or replacement is available for this product and no way to complain to progress this. Can somebody tell me how to get a refund or replacement for this as it has been sold and delivered to me unfit for purpose?
