I bought this as a gift for my best friend’s son, and it was the highlight of the day. Honestly, the adults were more excited than the kids! It has a metal bucket that makes it feel much more durable than most plastic toys, and the lights and engine sounds make it feel like a real construction vehicle. It comes with two rechargeable batteries, which is great because it gets a lot of use once you start digging. It works perfectly in the dirt and sand, but even on the carpet, it’s a lot of fun. If you want to be the "cool friend" who gives the best gift, get this just be prepared to share the remote with the other adults!

This was of excellent quality, every little thing was so detailed it was so neat. Very playable, it moved around and battery life is good and my grandson son had no problem using it

It’s cool it’s fun but you can’t really manipulate the bucket at all. You just push a button and it lowers the arm, curls the bucket, then goes back up and uncurls in this premade motion so it’s essentially just a gag you can’t use at all. Even for messing around with something like sand
