I used the nyx brown pen and it looked like a terrible sharpie. is this one similar?

Does this run or come off when it gets wet?

It’s not really water proof but I havn”t had any smudging issues even when I got rained on. It takes a minute to dry after applying but after that it’s pretty good, I just wouldn’t go swimming
