I do a lot of driving with my job and noticed I was having more and more back problems due to keeping my arms in a static position for many hours. My shoulders and neck would be quite sore that I was going to a massage therapist regularly. I initially had my seat placed quite vertical so that I could bend my arms but I was probably too close to the wheel as checking the passenger side mirror wasn't as easily viewed. I thought having my seat as upright as possible would help my posture, as it is too easy to recline the seat for comfort and I don't like being seated too low. There's some sites that inform you on how to adjust you seat to be more ergonomically correct, and even how you get into and out of your vehicle can cause problems. My seats, while of premium leather interior are comfortable initially, they cup you in on either side, forcing a concave spine. What i needed was to be able to push my shoulders back and not curl into the seat. This cushion is soft - not as bulky as I'd feared from reading some reviews. I don't use the strap because it probably wouldn't go around the car seat - but that is not a problem because you can just place it on your back and it will stay in position as long as you're not moving around too much. The material is soft enough to not feel bulky but does depress during driving. It definitely provides the added support where I need it - mid-back. It gives me additional distance to be able to adjust my seat away from the wheel by reclining back to allow me to still have a comfortable bend in the arms. I really like this cushion and would not hesitate to recommend it.

It arrived well before delivery estimate. When I first used it although it felt comfortable I wasn't sure if it would actually be as comfortable after a few hours of sitting. So I was pleasantly suprised when I got out of the chair and hey, no backache! I normally moan and groan with pain after sitting still for hours, but I have found this little cushion really does give great support without you knowing it, until you stand up, as I did, and the normal pain you experience has gone. One downside is that it is so comfortable my son has nicked it. I will be buying another soon, probably in pink to stop him getting his mitts on that one too! Definitely a good buy if you suffer from sitting for long periods and can highly recommend.

An Interesting product, but not perfect! I own this version, and the cheap "copy" version... And as much as It pains me to say, they both have an equal footing this race! The cheap version is slightly smaller, not as well built but uses a much denser foam, so it's very very comfortable as it moulds to your body. This version not as dense, much lighter and feels more like a standard pillow. In my opinion these should come in different strengths, therefore allowing the buyer to select a dense, normal, or light foam. I prefer the dense foam as it gives me lots of support when sitting for long periods of time (when marathoning a tv show for example) where as this lighter foam, feels like it provides less support, but it looks and feels like a much better built product. Overall I give this 4* and would give them a fifth of we could choose the strength of the foam. But if you don't need really really dense foam, then this product will, do you fine. It's supportivd, it's very well built, it's good value and it works. But if you need or want really dense foam, then this is not the right product for you. Over all this Is a good item, a good purchase and a strong 4* product.

It was child's play to fit it to my lounge chair. It supports my lower back really well. I wish I'd bought this years ago.

A good quality support pillow, though it is VERY bulky and so heavily sculpted that it is only really any use on a chair with a completely flat back. On a dining chair or something with a similar shape, this is probably a great product, since the foam is comfortable and it is well built, but almost all office chairs have some level of contour, and as with mine this cushion is far too bulky and sculpted and actually made my back ache worse, as it forced me to sit in a very unnatural position. Overall, I would not recommend this unless it is to be used on a chair with a totally flat back, as it will likely just make any back pains worse

This was bought for my uncle so my review is based on how he found this item. The verdict, a life changer. My uncle is a private hire driver so he is in the car driving all day long. He had an accident a few years ago in Spain which caused him problems in his back. Someone suggested a Lumbar cushion and based on the positive reviews we went for this item. After the first journey my uncle said this made a difference straight away. I understand back problems are complex and it affects different people in different ways but this really worked for my uncle. He said he used to get tired quickly and this item remedied all of his issues. He said it changed his life as he is now no longer miserable driving his car. The cushion is used in a Toyota Prius Plus and it fits and blends in very well with the Black leather seats. The quality also seems to be spot on. Would I recommend this product? Yes definitely. Ich habe mir dieses Kissen für das Auto bestellt. Aufgrund massiver Probleme mit der Wirbelsäule habe ich selbst bei kurzen Fahrten immer starke Schmerzen bekommen. Seit ich dieses Kissen verwende, kann ich jetzt auch wieder längere Fahrten ohne Probleme machen. Es passt gut auf meinen Autositz (SUV) und ist mit dem Gurt auch gut zu befestigen. Das Kissen ist weich, aber trotzdem so fest, dass es den Lendenbereich super unterstützt. Auch bei einer langen Fahrt schwitzt man nicht. Ich bin einfach begeistert und habe mir noch weitere Kissen für die Verwendung am Bürostuhl und am Gartenstuhl bestellt. Von mir gibt’s eine klare Kaufempfehlung!

Der erste Test war von Prag an die Ostsee und ich muss sagen es hat wirklich geholfen hat eine ganz andere Haltung beim sitzen auf einer langen Autofahrt.

Es perfecta para lo que necesitaba, tengo una hernia lumbar y soy comercial por lo tanto paso muchas horas en el coche y he notado ya en su primer uso que mi dolor dismuia considerablemente.

Bin begeistert, hab das Kissen auf meinem Küchenstuhl, möchte nicht mehr aufsteigen, sehr angenehm im Lendenbereich. Demnächst längere Autofahrt, dann teste ich weiter.
