Unfortunately, there is no common answer to this. It obviously depends on the teeth and the strength of the bite. A little soft bite should make that. **Q: are they strong enough to stand on** A: If you are referring to the bricks that are like house bricks, they would possibly stand a young child standing on them but not an older child. I don't kmow **Q: My little boys are 8 and 6 would anyone recommend these for this age range?
