A: This ptz camera support digital zoom, when you zoom in/out, the camera image will blur, but the image of optical zoom camera still clearly.

**Q: How to setting motion tracking?**
A: Go to live view interface on the App--click setup icon--motion detection alert--turn on motion tracking option.

**Q: Why the camera can't connecting to wifi?**
A: PTZ camera not support 5Ghz WIFI, if your camera is 2.4G, please reset the camera, connect the camera to your router via network cable. then switch to wireless connection. You can refer the user manual.

**Q: Does the camera need a power adapter? or using solar panel?**
A: Yes, it not battery camera, must be connecting the camera with power adapter.

**Q: How to make the camera work with Alexa or Blue Iris?**
A: We have upload a video to product picture, you can refer the video to make it work with Alexa, but it can't works with Blue Iris.
