Not much in the big container . I guess it contains the amount they say . But it is not worth the price and is super sweet

If you’re wondering if this is worth it, let this review be your sign. Get it. Take it at bedtime consistently and I promise you’ll thank me. I religiously take this as part of my regimen and it has improved my ability to fall and STAY asleep. I also find that it helps me “wind down” the racing thoughts or rumination at bedtime. Magtein makes it clear that other magnesium supplements are weak by comparison. The only downside is this powder is very sweet. I mix it with about 4oz of water (because I don’t want to wake up to go potty in the middle of the night) and brush my teeth right after. It’s sweet but not unbearable.

I really like this particular formulation of powdered magnesium and love the taste of it. Haven’t had any negative issues at all. Yes, the container is comically oversized, but the number of servings is there. Just be expecting that and you can even laugh a little when you open it - that’s what I do!

Way overpriced and they may as well make the container a vial, because that's what it is. About 90g is all!

This is a great and clean product. It helps you relax your brain to sleep. For those of us who do not know how to shut them off. Doesn't have a bad taste. I have bought more than six times.

It has definitely helped me fall asleep, and I feel like my brain fog has also been helped. I love that it is a powder and not pills. The taste is not great but not terrible, either. My big peeve is that you get this big container and it is less than a quarter full. Filling the landfill full of plastic for the sake of false advertising! So dumb. Just put it in a smaller container. The amount of power could easily fit in a regular Life Extension pill container-- they do this with their TMG; why not with this magnesium? On the other hand, since I am not a huge fan of the taste, there is plenty of room to mix this with some other drink powder, like an electrolyte mix.

Absolutely love this stuff! It is a MUST buy!! We were on the verge of testing my 5yr old for ADHD & I was trying to exhaust every other means beforehand. So after doing research, & speaking with our pediatrician who recommended this type of magnesium, we tried this stuff out. Within about 30min you can tell this stuff is actually working! My son calls it his brain medicine because it “helps my brain not feel crazy” & will ask me for it. Because of the flavor, he takes this in lemonade every day before school & his teachers have noticed a major difference in his ability to focus & not be so fidgety. Because he is a child (& with approval from his Dr), this dosage he takes is 1/2 scoop. I have recommended this product to so many fellow parents when they express the challenges their child is having with focus & they have told me it has helped!

El producto es buen, sin embargo el contenedor es muy grande para la cantidad de producto. Mucho desperdicio y contaminación!!! El producto llega hasta la raya azul.

Packaging is so incredibly excessive it's actually insulting. The contents doesn't even fill a quarter of the big container. Unless this product opens my mind to another dimension, it is absolutely not worth the money. Really disappointed.
