I don’t know why I hesitated!
Used for dressmaking, they are lightweight, with a robust build and cut perfectly through different thickness of woven and knit fabrics. I’d forgotten just how good these scissors were!

Sharp Scissors
Brought these Fiskars universal scissors for general home useage and have been more than happy with them. I feel as if they would be intended for someone who was doing a lot of fabric cutting as they have a great cut and cutting power.The handle does provide mainly for right handed people but was good when used with the left hand too, i got a left handed person to try these scissors and they thought they were left handed at first. they feel good to weighted in a good way but light enough to use them for a long timeThey cut though most everyday things with ease, from carboad to plastic and everything else I have used them for a great purchase all round.

Cut well, but chunky and heavy to work with.
I chose these as reviews were good and to be different from my current ones, so that I knew which was which. They cut well but they are very chunky and heavy and not comfortable to work with. Think I will have to buy another draper pair as well. 🙁

Ciseaux de qualité
Les ciseaux Fiskars… la base si on veut un minimum de qualité ! Je suis très satisfaite de ceux-ci que je réserve à la découpe du tissu et UNIQUEMENT à la découpe du tissu pour ne pas émousser les lames. Si vous faites de la couture, il faut impérativement utiliser une paire de ciseaux différente pour couper les patrons et autres papiers. Donc cachez celle-ci pour que personne d’autre n’y touche 😅
