The best I’ve tried so far
I have tried various brands of milk thistle but this one has been the best so far. I’ve had cheaper versions in the past but this one definitely seems to be the most effective. I usually take between 1 and 2 a day to aid with liver function and I can’t complain at all. Tablets are on the larger size but don’t have any bad taste at all. Will definitely be buying again.

Worked for me.
A good product to which I had no adverse reactions (I was worried because of the high strength). Despite the lack of comparative testing, I found they helped very well with over indulgence ( a hangover in layman's terms).

Intelligent support
I have suffered with very painful cholecystitis (inflamation of the gall bladder) from time to time, since my mid- teens. Happily, I have learnt to know my body and so have avoided surgery. I found the best diet (vegan) for me, and to recognise the warning signs when my gall bladder/liver is not as happy as it could be. HRI Milk Thistle supports me at this time. Easy to swallow, very gentle on digestion and works well every time for me. I wouldn't be without them.

Used these for years , I used to get them from Holland & Barrett when I lived in France, but they stopped selling them so I was really pleased when I found them again with you so thankyou , this is an excellent product without all the extras that others seem to add I would highly recommend '
