I always use milk thistle before & after drinking alcohol, this works on reducing my hangovers!

More expensive than others
I use milk thistle every three months then two months off as a liver cleanse and support.It is an excellent herb in helping to restore liver health of you have overindulged with fatty food or alcoholHaving said that this brand is more expensive for the amount of tablets you receiveThe tablets are small but chalky and taste okayNo adverse effects on my tummy and came next day .

Great product
Used these for years , I used to get them from Holland & Barrett when I lived in France, but they stopped selling them so I was really pleased when I found them again with you so thankyou , this is an excellent product without all the extras that others seem to add I would highly recommend '

These were ok but I find that I still felt ‘hungover’ the next day. I found another one on Amazon which is better and cheaper for more
