Great for digestive and gut health, great value for money
I’ve been using this for a couple of years now and really think that it helps with gut and digestive health. I mix it into my plain yoghurt for breakfast, it doesn’t flavour it so I add either fruit or a flavoured protein powder. It’s important to start using this product sparingly and increase gradually. If you go straight in at a teaspoon a day rather than 1/4 teaspoon you could end up with tummy ache and flatulence! The packet lasts for ages so it’s very good value for money.

Perfect👍
It's really good, I'm making Berg and Dr Davis L Reuteri yogurt for the 5th time and it works without any problems. If you want to use it to make yoghurt, this is the best

An aid to a good night...
When taken as per the instructions will ensure a fairly easy nights sleep. With all the pressures on life getting a good night's sleep can be an issue. But a small glass of Golden Greens Organic Prebiotic Inulin Fibre taken 90mins before settling down seems to work its magic and the restful kip soon follows.May possibly be the cause of increased snoring but the jury is out on that matter as snoring has many causes.

Inulin powder
I'm part way through this product. It can make you a bit gassy but it says this passes on the product. Definitely helps to go to the loo. Will see about other benefits hij

Different taste?
I have found this helps with my digestion. ButOn purchasing my last packet the flavour appears to be different and not very palatable.

Excellent sleep aid
I got this to help a leaky gut which I was sure I had. I then found while taking just a teaspoon in warm milk 90 minutes before bed, that I was starting to feel decidedly tired enough to sleep. I then noticed in the morning that I had slept right through the night. I used to think I was waking in the night because I needed the toilet but now I'm convinced I was waking and then feeling I should go. At times the bedcovers haven't been disturbed, meaning I haven't been tossing and turning. I never expected this from something helping leaky gut but when I did some amateur research I found there is a link between healing your gut and being able to sleep better. Totally recommend this. It has no taste and is a fine powder. You could mix it with food or take it in a drink or smoothie.

Tasteless
Bought after watching Dr. Michael Moslem’s TV programme about fat reduction around vital organs. I have a teaspoon in my red bush tea during the evening and it’s completely tasteless. Definitely sleeping better. Can’t comment on the fat around my vital organs as I can’t see them 😂. But here’s hoping 🤞🏻.
