This is as described, will fit walkers, travel wheel chair or std wheelchair (my case) handle straps are adjustable, has velcro to help keep things in, zipper pocket inside and the front has 3 pockets front both outer pockets fit my water bottle/can (ello 22oz) center would hold larger cans or things you need quick, It's water resistant, adjustable shoulder strap included. $ well spent nice variety of colors and designs i chose chevron and the mint blue matches my water bottle. I didnt want floral, so the choices were great. And size is perfect
