Numicon: Box of Numicon Shapes 1-10

We use these at school (I'm a teacher) and I purchased to support my 5 year olds learning at home. There are so many ways to use them, so far we've used for addition and subtraction as well as drawing around them for multiplication. I'll start using them soon with my 2 year old to support number recognition.

They use these in schools for learning in maths. I think my son will like to learn with these as he likes maths and numbers. Good item and good quality as well as good price.

These numicon shapes are perfect for doing simple maths equations and improving counting. My 4 year old uses these at pre-school, so I bought him some to practice with whilst we’re at home. They are very good value for money and very sturdy. The shapes come in a plastic box for easy storage. I’m really happy with my purchase.

Great thank you would be better if it had 2 5's so I could use them for number bonds to 10

Good product for children to use at home, they are used in schools so child will be familiar with this product.

Great value for money. Exactly what I expected. Sturdy product. Can be fitted back nicely and easily in the box. Useful to teach them counting up to 10, recognising different numbers and simple subtraction and addition. They use the same ones at preschool, so good practice for them at home. Yes, there is only one numicon 5 but I showed my son that 5+3+2=10. I use other ways to teach him addition and showed him that 5+5=10. I also bought a second pack of these to expand his counting abilities. Good fun and great for math practice at home.

The product was very good value for money and really effective in helping my grandson develop his Maths during the lockdown. It is helps children to learn by shape and colour. It's very simple to handle, exactly what the school is using so it supports his formal learning. It can be adapted to play games eg matching Numicon with object such as apples, pebbles etc, domino dot cards and number cards (home-made). It's a great pairing with the Numicon desk number line.
