VAHDAM Masala Chai Loose Leaf 100g (50+ Cups) - Spiced Black Tea Blend with Cinnamon, Cardamom, Cloves & Black Pepper

Firstly, before you even drink the tea Vadham have gone above and beyond to make sure it arrives in optimal condition. There are 2 vacuum sealed packets of tea so you can consume one while keeping the second fresh. Each packet lasts a surprisingly long time as you only need a teaspoonful for a mug of tea so knowing there will be zero deterioration on the second packet is a definite bonus. Furthermore your tea comes with a sealable pouch that you can tip your tea into after opening to retain optimal flavour. I use a mason jar & keep the tea in a cupboard so it doesn't get direct light cos I usually have 2 a day & this works better for me. The packet comes with a handy adhesive label if this is the route you also wish to take. Vadham recommend boiling the tea in milk for that tchai latte drink but I cannot stand milk so I boil the tea in water & sweeten with honey (never sugar) and sometimes a wedge of lime. Absolutely delicious!! Just the right blend of spice to elevate standard British Rail tea to another level of nirvana. This is my third time ordering this tea & I can confidently say it is totally on a different level to supermarket offerings. I don't drink any other tea now, thank you Vadham.PS. I use this tea with the infuser from Hauspfrofi which I also got on Amazon & would also recommend.

WOW. BOWLED OVER by this brand - from the moment I opened it, such an uplifting experience - I almost don’t want to spoil the surprise for others, but LOVELY, brilliant touches from this brand on opening. I was in total delight for about an hour 😁 but I do love India so much that anything that connects me fills my heart. Onto the tea : normally I find masala chai a little strong when I’m in India - but this is so delicately and perfectly blended it’s just the right hints of everything for my taste and no part of it overpowers the rest. Also importantly is 1% of the purchase goes to the education of the tea pickers children, which I think is a brilliant initiative. This brand has impressed me so much I’m following them on social media and will support their charity TEAch me further.Enjoy your chai ! Nice brew.

I ordered the 200g chai thinking that was expensive but it was part of a gift for a big chai lover so wanted something special. I was sent the 100g box, very disappointed.Update. The seller contacted me after my review with a very nice email and sent out another 100g box to make up the 200g I'd paid for. Annoying to get half of what id ordered as it was a gift. But ended up working out and it does taste amazing and its now my friends favourite chai so I've updated my review.

Its lovely and soft spicy.

This is my 2nd order in only a few weeks as the tea was so nice i shared it out with my family! I should get royalties how much I've spoken about this tea lol.Grew up drinking masala tea made my mum the desi way and this is the same - great deep flavours.Will definitely keep buying this. I don't follow the recipe though and find my way better for me - water to boil, add teaspoon on the tea (1 per cup) let boil a bit then add milk. Simmer a bit and let boil up a number of times. Gas high, low etc we call it 'rijhan' in punjabi.

This is a lovely tea. Tbh I used it in a latte once. Now i just take it Black.

The chai delicious. I make on the hob and add some sugar. The spices are perfectly balanced

First, I have seen the Vahdam Brand in US, in my recent visit. My son told me that this brand is genuine and famous in US. I observed very good reviews on Vahdam at Amazon.com. After returning to India I bought various teas of this brand and tasted. Out ofall ,I like the Oolong tea and this Masala Chai. Earlier to my US visit I never take black tea, there I have habituated double spice black tea of STASH. While coming back to India, I brought the same Stash.But comparing to US Stash product, our "Vahdam's Masala Chai taken without milk" is excellent. This is cost effective also While comparing it with US black tea. Now I am very much habituated to this chai and Oolong black tea. Tastes good and feels fresh.

Really delicious. I add a bit of honey and a good dollop of milk. Just a perfect cup of chai.
