Genuine True retractable pen
As it's name and title suggests a genuine TRUE product, retractable pen with magnet lid to go on a key ring, the magnet "lid/keyring" part stays attached and you pull the pen out and extend to use. Came with a large TRUE keyring and 3x replacement pen ink refils To note the refils are small, I would imagine if you used it regularly it would run out fairly quickly. Pen writes okay, isn't a mont blanc, otto hut, lamy but think bic biro type flow.

Solid and works well
Very solidly made, the mechanism works well and the magnetic lid is ideal. This was bought as a gift and have been told it's is used regularly with the little notebook I added.

Very Good
On the key ring, come in handy multiple times already. And the design is very nice too.

Very useful little gadget
Nifty little pen. Really useful on the keyring, good strong magnet so it doesn't fall out. Three extra refills.

Great idea, poorly executed
I always forget my pen so having one attached to me sounded like a great idea. My issue with this pen echos what a lot of other people have said, gravity is this things nemesis. The pen is attached to you upside down so every time you come to use it, it works for about 3 words then runs out of ink and you have to spend a minute or so ruining your paper trying to get the ink flowing again. Thankfully its not expensive as its rather pointless.

A very useful mini-pen. A very elegant design too.
A tiny ballpen with its length not longer than an ordinary door key. It fits into my key pouch nicely. The pen can be extended telescopically into an ordinary pocket-size pen and provides is very comfortable grip. The magnetic cap is tight and secure. It writes smoothly and the design is elegant. I think it is the best designed mini-ballpen on the market. The price is very reasonable, too. I am now carrying it with my keys wherever I go. With it, I can assure myself that I always have a usable ballpen for whatever situation.

But the ink
Great idea, solid design and perfect keyring size but then telescopic to make a really comfortable writing pen too and the magnet is very strong to stop you losing it. So to the negatives... When you rely on it to work it'll invariably fail you.... The ink would last a while but an air pocket grows in-between the nib and the body of ink so it can't flow. Great potential and better than their other version which had a far weaker magnet and you'd lose it very quickly... Comically the pen was able to write for ages ..... They need to combine the best of both. I've just tested a new ink refill, from new and can see the dreaded air bubble, can't get the ink to push it out, will have to look for another product. Sorry True Design, back to the drawing board for you guys.

Aunque dure mucho tiempo colgado siempre al decidir usarlo no falla

I have always wanted a pen as part of my EDC but full size pens are uncomfortable in my pocket. I watched a video about Altoids survival tins (by Urban Prepper) which featured a True Utility pen so I checked them out. Reasons why I really like this pen It telescopes out the back end rather than toward the tip, which is important to me because I have large hands. The pen is thick enough to give me good writing control It takes up very little room in my pocket, it is exactly the same size as my Olight I3E flashlight The magnetic cap won't come loose in my pocket The ballpoint is small but writes evenly, and the 3 refills that come with the pen are good to have Minor complaints I wish the cap could affix to the back end when writing, that would make it harder to lose I wish the pens came in different colors
