Articulate for Kids

Bought this for my kids- aged 7-11. Great game to play with the family, gets everyone involved and entertained. It's not very difficult to play, my 6 year old niece was able to join in with the older kids with this game. It kept them entertained and off the TV for a couple of hours

Articulate! For Kids is an absolute hit in our household! We’ve been playing it with our kids, and it never fails to bring excitement and laughter to our family game nights. 1. Engaging for All Ages: The game is designed for children but is also enjoyable for adults. It’s great to see the whole family, from our 6-year-old to grandparents, getting involved and having a blast. 2. Educational and Fun: It’s a fantastic way to improve vocabulary, quick thinking, and communication skills. The kids don’t even realize they’re learning because they’re having so much fun! 3. Simple Rules: The game is easy to understand and play. We were able to start playing almost immediately without spending too much time reading through instructions. 4. Fast-Paced: The game’s quick pace keeps everyone on their toes, and the time pressure adds an extra layer of excitement. 5. Great for Groups: Whether it’s just our family or we have friends over, the game works well with larger groups, making it a versatile choice for different occasions.

The concept of the game is simple yet incredibly engaging. Players take turns describing words or phrases without using the actual word, and it’s amazing to see how quickly everyone gets into it. The fast-paced nature of the game keeps everyone on their toes, and it’s hilarious to see how creative descriptions can get! One of the best aspects of Articulate is its versatility. With the ability to accommodate 4 to 20+ players, it's great for larger groups, making it a fantastic choice for parties. The age range of 12+ is perfect, as it keeps both adults and older kids engaged and challenged. The game components are high-quality, and the board is well-designed. I appreciate that it includes a timer and a good mix of categories, ensuring that the game stays fresh and exciting every time we play. Overall, if you’re looking for a fun, interactive board game that can be enjoyed by players of various ages, I highly recommend the Drumond Park Articulate Family Board Game. It’s perfect for creating memorable moments with family and friends!

The black plastic packaging that holds the game inside the box was smashed up really badly. I didn't know this as the actual Co operate box was in perfect condition and the sellophane was totally intact. This has made it impossible to pack the game away without everything just going everywhere. Unfortunately I didn't open the game until Christmas day and I needed it to play with the family in the evening, so I just had to use the game rather than return it. The game itself is a bit tricky to understand, but once we got our heads around it, we had lots of fun playing the game.

Good family game

Bought it as a present, since than bought an other for our household. Good, entertaining board game. Price in line with other boardgames.

We recently got the Articulate Family board game, and it’s been a hit with both kids and adults. The fast-talking description rounds make everyone think quickly and laugh a lot — it’s really engaging! Suitable for ages 12+ and 4–20+ players, it’s perfect for family gatherings or parties. The instructions are easy to follow, and the game keeps everyone on their toes. Highly recommend if you’re looking for a lively, fun game that gets everyone involved!

Fun for all the family, fun with all your mates, fun with old acquaintances and even fun on dates, This is the board game killer; this is the game of choice, It’s a non-stop thriller, and it only needs your voice. Drummond Park were pretty smart, When all they did was grab a box and lid, And five hundred cards with six categories on each, That you transmit to your teammate with the power of speech, How many can you get within 30 seconds? You have to think quick as the sand timer beckons You give them prompts, you give them clues They may do well or they may get confused, You can play it sober, you can play it drunk, All your other board games will soon become junk, It’s just so simple, it’s just so fun, But please establish the rule’s once the timer is done, Do they finish the clue? do I not get to have a guess? Even if I knew? it’s a real source of stress. It’s so obscenely simple, you kind of don’t need the board, And you don’t need the cards if you can’t afford, Just get some paper and get some pens, And write down some stuff with a bunch of friends, Put it in a hat and just read it out, Try it for free, if you were ever in doubt.
