THE HAND BAND – hand exerciser and hand strengthener set - 10 finger resistance bands perfect for extensor training, forearm, hand and finger strength, hand health and injury rehabilitation

Bought these to complement my captains of crush grip trainers. Just training one motion can lead to weakness in your opposite muscles and tendons. There are 5 different bands ranging from easy to hard. Simple and comfortable to use, just place them around your fingers and thumb and spread your hand outwards and hold for 3 seconds. I do 3 sets of 10 reps for these. As I'd neglected the other muscles in my forearms not used for crush grip I found this really hard at first even with the yellow band. I was sore the next day. But I've stuck at it and have moved up to the red. There are also green, blue and black bands to work up through. These seem to be decent quality so far and come in a set of 10 bands (2 of each strength) along with a small carry pouch so I can bring these into work and not lose them. Would recommend for anyone wanting to complement their grip strength.

Excellent product; much more effective than using ordinary rubber bands, which are thin and usually the wrong size for your hand. These are comfortable and good-looking bands, which are well-graded in difficulty, from an easy warm-up band (yellow), through three intermediate stages, to a heavy, serious workout (black). The carry pouch is a nice touch. Strangely, there are no instructions to tell you the relative tension of the different coloured bands, but you can figure it out by trial and error.

A good product that adds a good bit of variation to hand training. They feel like they will last a long time and come with a useful little bag to keep them together in. I think they could do with being a little bit smaller, that way they would keep your hands under tension to a more pinched point and give them an even fuller rep. But if you have bigger hands then maybe this won't be an issue. To go up the band strengths is also a big step each time, but overall I think they are good and my hands are feeling improvement.

Enjoy using these more than elastic bands but would prefer them to start off with a lighter resistance. One of mine had a manufacturing imperfection which makes me think it won't last as long as the others.

Great for increasing hand strength whilst reading or watch television. Good value and quality.

A great product for carpal tunnel syndrome and similar hand problems, or even if you just want to strengthen the hands. I found a video on You Tube, which apparently I can't quote in this review, in which a doctor explained that if you stretched the finger muscles the opposite way to the way you developed carpal problems, i.e. by gripping, it would ease things in the carpal tunnel. He was right. He used a strong elastic band, but I got these which are wider and therefore more stable to use. Also there are different strengths for different people. I am a guitarist who is now beginning to enjoy playing guitar again, so I owe this product(and that doc) the highest praise. You've certainly got nothing to lose by trying them out. RECOMMENDED.

Schöne voneinander farblich unterschiedliche Bänder. Hiermit kann man im Gegesatz zu den gängigen Fingerhanteln,bei welchen man die Finger zusammendrückt, nun mit Kraft ausseinanderdrücken (Hand öffnen). Die Qualität stimmt, alle Bänder sind gleich breit und lang, unterscheiden sich nur in der Dicke des Materials. Insgesamt sind es 10 Bänder, also jeweils zwei von jeder Farbe. Auch gut im Gegensatz zu Konkurrenzprodukten ist, dass eine kleine passende Tasche mitgeliefert wird, in welcher die Bänder aufbewahrt werden. Bei anderen Produkte muss man die Finger erst irgendwo in viel zu klein bemessene Ringe hineinquetschen, hier kann man sofort loslegen, auch nebenbei beim TV schauen oder während der Arbeit. Für den Preis inklusive der mitgelieferten Tasche, würde ich es weiterempfehlen.
