I wanted something suitably daft for a recent party so I trawled Amazon for ideas. I'd been asked to help out on the bar, and the notion of a green rubber alien mask amused me (I've always wanted to mix Pan Galactic Gargleblasters) Or perhaps a Nigel Farage photo mask to scare off the punters and allow me to drink the bar myself. Or for satire maybe an alien disguised as Nigel Farage... That turned out to be expensive and not very practical though so I ended up purchasing this instead, and I'm glad I did, because it's great! I bought the brown one on the basis that it looked the most convincing. Yes, this is a cheap wig, but it's actually pretty well made for the price. Out of the box it needed a little teasing and primping to get it looking it's best, but that's only to be expected. Once fluffed up and stuck on my head it felt very comfortable. The elastic net inside is adjustable and holds it in place well. Worryingly, more than one person I met asked me if it was my real hair... It was a cold night but my head stayed toasty on my walk home - this doubles as a very cosy hat! It's now safely stored in my wardrobe awaiting the next blizzard/70's disco party.
