A: Yes it does. Another thing to note, the functionality on the button near the mic may differ phone by phone. For mine (Nexus 5) while on a call, when pressing the button, it puts it in mute, when not on a call, pressing button, begins to play music stored on my phone. Something to bear in mind when deciding to buy perhaps?
