I have been using Jockey products for many years because I trust the brand's quality. Recently, I purchased the same product in two colors—Black and Maroon—from the same seller. The Maroon one is performing perfectly, but I am very disappointed with the Black one. After approximately 35 days of normal use and regular washing as per the care instructions, the Black garment has deteriorated significantly. The fabric has started shedding fibers, the surface has become rough, and it now looks almost like a mesh. This level of wear is unexpected for a premium brand like Jockey, especially within such a short period. What surprises me is that both garments are the same model, purchased at the same time from the same seller. The only difference is the color. This makes me wonder whether there could be a manufacturing, dyeing, or fabric-quality issue affecting this particular color batch. I request the Jockey Quality Team to investigate this matter thoroughly so that the root cause can be identified and prevented in future production. I am willing to send the washed Black garment to your quality or R&D team for detailed examination if it helps your investigation. My intention is not just to seek a resolution for my product but also to help improve product quality and ensure that other customers do not face the same issue.
