Biceps curls are an extremely risky movement so make sure you always do it right: - 1: with an olympic barbell- 2: in a squat/power rack - 3: make sure you can see yourself in the mirror (to check you form and contemplate those gunz)And for God's sake never ever pick a weight from the floor, those 20lb dumbells are gonna break your back! **Q: I have the smaller blue one which was pricey enough, but is this really value for money at almost Β£40 for rubber?** A: Its the best thing I have bought recently for our gym, before I was suffering from tendinitis in an elbow plus had a shoulder injury - they really help in elevating my pain when doing bench press in the shoulder and when training my biceps, the tendinitis disappeared in 3 months while using them - in addition I've noticed a lot more develepment in my forearms and grip strength . I personally think they are the best thing since sliced bread but I did not own the blue - i went straight in to the red. **Q: Can these make you bigger and stronger fast?** A: Depends totally on you :) They are a help in making your grip strength and forearms stronger which should cross over into improving your deadlifts/bicep curls etc. You still need to push yourself though! **Q: I've never used Fat Gripz before, but can I go straight to the extreme ones instead of the original or have to use the original first?** A: If you are new to the gym way of life, spend a couple of weeks with over hand grip with the EZ bar or straight barbell then move on to the blue and then the orange.
