YES - but check the condition of your monitors before you buy! If your cones are rattling then they wont make much difference!

An important part of the design is in allowing the speaker to be tilted upwards or downwards. e.g. I have my speakers on shelving and they are tilted downward to direct the tweeter to my ear level. 3 levels of tilt are possible. Pucks generally will leave the speaker untilted.

Technically these will have 0 effect on sound quality. But I believe the answer to what you mean is yes they could be used on speaker stands and they would function just the same as a table top to isolate the monitors, I would personally only recommend them for professional monitoring speakers and situations where accurate representation of the sound is important, if the speakers sound 'better' as a result of using them it is only as a result of the effect of isolating them from the surface they were on and as such eliminating resonance frequencys particularly in the bass and low mid range. They dramatically improved my listening situation so much so that I decided to keep and not replace the monitors but if you are not listening in a at least moderately treated environment then they probably aren't going to be worth it as they do nothing to change the sound quality at all. Only the environment of the speakers and the listener for more accurate sound. Hope that helps
