This stuff is amazing - a tiny amount on a pad and rub it into the trim and it turns it instantly back to a really nice black, buff with a cloth and its done , and no sticky residue either which seemed to be a problem with some other similar products. The black plastic trim / rubber door seals etc.. on my 09 Civic were mostly very grey and looked terrible but a few minutes with this product and it looks almost like new - the trim and rubber seals are all a really nice smooth black again and so far I see no signs of any residue or blotches or any other issues - it's only been a couple of days so far so time will tell if it lasts or if any issues arise, but so far it has transformed the appearance of the car and I am very pleased indeed. Yes it's expensive but it only required a tiny amount for all the plastic on my car, the bottle is still almost full. Assuming the color lasts and no issues appear then it was very much worth the money. If any issues develop then i'll adjust my review accordingly.

Absolutely brilliant product. I used it on my 18 year old Alfa Romeo’s trim, which had gone very grey. As soon as I’d used it it looked so much better, but when I checked it the next morning I was so pleased. All the grey had gone and the trim was as black as the car. Very small bottle, but it goes a long way. I put some on one of the supplied pads, that did most of the trim. So easy to use, clean the trim, I used washing up liquid in water and a toothbrush. Wait for it to dry, use the Gtechniq, wipe away any excess and wait. That’s it.

Bought this product as I read the reviews and thought while pricey I’d give it a try. Well I bought a 15ml bottle and done my Arkana which has a fair about of plastic trim which had discoloured. Didn’t take me long to treat all the trims which look much better. How long it will last time will tell. I’ve given it 5 stars - I will be back to report if it wears off earlier than the advertised says.

I have a 7 year old car that wasn't too bad in fairness for the black trims being faded. Just wanted to freshen things up a bit for summer. I used Gtechniq C4 on small rubber trims and some hard plastics on my Ford Focus, which has rubber trims below and above the windows on the doors, and on the harder plastics like around the fog lights and water channels on the roof. Application was easy, althogh as instructed do use gloves and avoid the product coming into contact with the paint work, I used some masking tape in areas to help in some places. Included is a few cotton pads for application and then it's as simple as dab onto the cotton pads and start applying. In this case, a little goes a long way, so it's worth sparing it for a start until you're confident you'll get round the whole car, and then go and do a little more application again in some places. One bottle does indeed only do one car. After application leave it around a minute or 2 and lightly go over the areas with a microfibre towel. Checking back a few days later at both rubber and plastic trims I noticed they had gone back to what they were previosuly a little bit, but not too noticeable. Also where it had rained and water sat on some areas, after it tried there was noticeable water marks in places as if they product had washed out. Overall I do recommend this it does seem to give longer lasting protection, if you're vehicle does suffer from more extreme faded trims then this will definately make a big difference, but maybe like me where it's not too bad it's probably almost not worth the while.

Good product Easy to apply It will restore shine but not the colour If your black plastic has turned grey, this will not make is black again. Overall decent product.

Great stuff plastic trim came lovely.

Been a month now since I applied it and after several washes. I wish I could share the before and after photos. No more of that chalky texture and water slides perfectly even off it.

Great product. Really works for my old car external trim. Lasts at least 6 months even with regular washes.

saw a ad for this a purchased a small bottle. wasn't too sure about it because of the size of the bottle. this stuff is magical. I have never bought a product with this result. no oil no stain. it really does look amazing. I'm sold for life on this one. no words can describe how much it works. it's just smooth and easy to apply. if people don't try this product they are not getting it good like this stuff. better than new? absolutely!
