SCAM
This is a scam everyone! I’m reporting them to a Trading Standards Officer for false advertising. The actual test they end up doing is some new age nonsense involving ‘bio resonance testing’. Let me post the reply from their customer service explaining their method ‘This method involves analysing the electromagnetic frequencies emitted by the hair sample. The test evaluates the body’s response to these frequencies, which correspond to various substances or items. By detecting changes in electromagnetic waves, bioresonance testing identifies potential sensitivities or intolerances to certain foods, environmental factors, or other substances. During the test, the hair sample is exposed to specific frequencies associated with different items or substances, and the equipment measures the body’s reaction, providing insights into potential sensitivities. This non-invasive method is suitable for most individuals. Bioresonance testing is a diagnostic technique rooted in the principles of quantum physics. It involves analysing the energetic frequencies emitted by a hair sample, which acts as a unique “biological fingerprint” of an individual. These frequencies are compared against a database containing information on various substances such as foods, nonfood items, vitamins, minerals, metals, enzymes, and bacteria. Recognising that all matter emits specific frequencies, bioresonance testing assesses the body’s response to different substances. By measuring the hair sample’s frequencies and comparing them to those of substances in the database, the test can identify potential sensitivities or imbalances within the body. The process begins with submitting a hair sample and relevant personal information, which helps contextualise the test results. Advanced bioresonance equipment then analyses the sample, detecting energetic deficits or deviations associated with specific substances. The comprehensive database used allows for thorough assessments of an individual’s health profile, and a detailed report is generated after testing, outlining any identified potential sensitivities or imbalances and guiding the development of personalised wellness plans tailored to address specific health needs. Bioresonance testing is quickly growing in popularity. As an alternate and non-invasive method for identifying potential intolerances. It offers a great balance of accuracy, speed and affordability. This ensures you can get the answers you’re looking for to enable you to make changes to their diet. And your client can stop experiencing the unpleasant and uncomfortable symptoms of food intolerances. Throughout our many years of bioresonance hair testing, thousands of customers have informed us how these tests have changed their life and eased their unwanted symptoms. Sensitivity testing is a great starting point to identify potential dietary and lifestyle changes which can have a profound impact upon one’s life. Please note, bioresonance therapy is categorised under Complementary and Alternative Medicines (CAMs) which covers a wide range of therapies that fall outside mainstream medicine. Tests and related information provided do not make a medical diagnosis nor is it intended to be a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis or treatment. Always seek the advice of their doctor or other qualified health provider if you have a medical condition or with any questions you may have regarding a medical condition and/or medical symptoms.’

Speedy results easy to complete
Easy to read and understand results after the time it took to review them. Still dubious though as it showed no intolerance to something that I ALWAYS react to that isn’t an allergen.

Quick and easy way to see your food sensitivities
This is a really quick and easy way to find out what sort of foods or types of products you may be sensitive to. A detailed list of everything you could possible be sensitive to highlighting those you should eliminate if possible. Great to see there are some foods I can eat (especially dairy!) but the ones I should avoid

Unsure how accurate this is
Came back quick and results took around a week. Only thing i noticed is it said i have a moderate / high reactivity to peanuts and peanut oils but ive eaten peanuts and peanut butter all my life with no noticeable side effects, so im unsure on how accurate these are

Worked well, very straightforward. (Much better experience than with another company - that one was dismal [and costly! - got nothing 'cause they lost the sample and said it was my fault!, out $100+]).

Inconsistent results. Ordered the test and due to my error received the wrong test (750 instead of 900) but had already sent it in before I noticed the error. Ordered the correct one and 3 days later we sent the second test in. Received the first results and a couple of weeks later received the second set of results. Many of the two sets of result contradicted one another. They use a color-coded system from green (good) through orange and then red (bad). Many items that were bad in the first report were now reported as good and vice versa. Not just one or two but dozens of them. I have left 2 voice messages on their customer service answering service with no reply. It really brings into question their reliability and trustworthiness.

I recently used the Ultimate Food Sensitivity Test Kit by Simply Sensitivity Checks (SSC), and it provided valuable insights into my dietary sensitivities. The process was straightforward—collecting a hair sample was simple, and I received my results within a week. The comprehensive report covered over 900 items, including foods, additives, and environmental factors, helping me identify potential triggers for my digestive discomfort. While I understand that hair analysis may not be as clinically validated as blood tests, the information served as a helpful starting point for making dietary adjustments. Since implementing the suggested changes, I've noticed improvements in my overall well-being. This kit is a useful tool for anyone looking to explore possible food sensitivities and take proactive steps toward better health.

Unfortunately… this thing is beyond accurate. I decided to test because I have been having insane bloating and headaches and fatigue. I already have Hashimotos autoimmune disease, so I was about 90% sure my issue was a gluten and dairy intolerance since it’s so common with hashimotos. However I decided to test just to make sure I wasn’t cutting it all out for no reason. Sure enough, gluten and dairy are high reactivity. I already knew grass and shrimp were allergies for me, but I didn’t put this in as known allergies when submitting my test because I was skeptical about the accuracy. It picked up on those and even described the reactions I could have to each item I showed reactivity to. I definitely recommend this test. It’s also way cheaper than the bigger brands.

i really wanted this to go well. i sent in my sample and a little over 2 weeks later, hadn’t heard anything. i emailed customer service and was told my sample had made it but wasn’t in the lab yet but would make it there in a couple days and i’d receive a confirmation. another week goes by. i email again and am told my sample never made it to the facility at all and was lost in the mail so the first person i was emailing with lied to me. i was told to send in another sample. i did and they said it would be prioritized and i would be contacted when it arrived. 12 days pass. i reached out and was told the sample had arrived and would be sent to the lab in a couple days. however, i wasn’t contacted when it arrived like i was told i would be. will it actually make it to the lab this time? who knows. i started this whole process July 19th. it is September. this has been ridiculous. i do NOT recommend based on their customer service and slow turnaround. i wish i would’ve splurged and spent more on a kit for better service and a better turnaround.
