Rubbish!
Don't waist your money, this really doesn't work, I've worn it several times it doesn't heat up. Keeps your neck warm though, you could put it under a scarf for added warmth but if you want it to warm up, it won't.

Very stiff.
Just far too stiff, I have occipital nerve damage and hoped this would help with the pain, but it is so stiff that is is very uncomfortable, to ensure that the magnetic surface makes good contact to the back of the neck it has to be quite tight and that is the problem. it almost feels like I am being chocked, as I have had a thyroidectomy this is a scary feeling. I have tried a few times and will persevere as I think I need the therapy.

Poorly made
Very thin neck brace and very stiff. Will not curve easily to the neck. Not worth my time and returned for a refund.

Tad uncomfortable to start with and I had 3 magnets not 5 as in the picture . It's more comfortable after a while and it does warm up

Flimsy scrap of fabric. With actual no use. Quite itchy and cheaply made.
