You need to take it in a mug of water and drink another mugful of fluid to help it work. My doctor suggested stirring it for 15 seconds to get it to work. I have used Sennacot. But they don't work for me. I take these twice a day after a meal. They can work great most of the time. During the pandemic, they tripled in price. There are others in tablet form, and these also work okay.
