Expensive but worth
While Fybogel Hi-Fibre might be on the pricier side, it’s absolutely worth it! These orange-flavored sachets are easy to use and have been great for keeping my digestive system regular. The items were packed well. Require these as I’m having an operation and the fibre will help keep my gut in good order as I will be taking pain killers for a lengthy time.Priced well too.Highly recommended

Does what it is supposed to do
I have followed the instructions and take 2 sachets per day for the extra fibre I need to have a bowel movement. I have been on a strict diet and lack fibre and other nutrients that help with a bowel movement. It didn’t exactly work straight away like I thought it would, but after taking it for awhile now my bowel movement has gone back to being more regular. I was actually having long periods of constipation prior to taking this supplement and my stools were harder than rocks. You can just imagine the struggle I was in. Now I can say I am winning this battle. I would definitely recommend this product if you have any symptoms like what I described. You just need to keep drinking it and eventually it will work. I usually drink it with 400ml of water just to dilute the flavour and the extra liquid will only help aid you that little bit more. The orange flavour is pleasant enough but what I do is add a little bit of orange robinsons, and that makes it taste almost like a normal orange squash drink. If you leave it in the water for too long it turns into a weird jelly texture that is kind of unpleasant.

Adults and children over 12: one sachet of fybogel orange in the morningand one in the evening. Children 6-12: 1/2 - 1 level 5ml spoonful, morning and evening, depending on age and size.

Do not take Fybogel Orange without water. If you accidently take too much, drink plenty of water. If symptoms persist, consult your doctor. Do not take more Fybogel Orange than directed. Do not use after the expiry date shown on the pack (EXP month/year).
