Sony MDR-EX15LP Wired In-Ear Headphones, Black (without microphone)

I keep coming back to these, I find them comfortable, reasonable quality sound and mic (not the best of course), had no issues with the cable and I bring them around everywhere. Good length, and don't bleed sound. They're not the most secure in your ears i find so maybe not the best for people who want to wear them whilst walking, running or cycling. Fine for travelling. A good choice for casual earphones

Obviously at this price point, you're not going to get perfect sound reproduction, but they are perfectly acceptable for everyday use. With the silicon plugs they shipped with there's a good level of external sound exclusion (for me). On the downside, the cable is a bit thin and stiff, plus they have a 90 degree angled plug which is a pain (for me), although this seems to be the standard now. Also, you need a microscope to see the left and right markings (just make sure the markings are facing you when you insert the buds). Over all, you can't really go wrong with Toshiba stuff. It's always reasonably priced and with relatively good build quality, at least, better than the other cheapo stuff.

The phones are very good and better than £8.00 ones. I need to have them longer than 5 days to give my review as some reviewers say one of the phones fail after around 2 weeks. I understand Benton do replace them if they fail. Will wait and see what happens otherwise pleased so far. UPDATE Now had the ear phones for a couple of weeks so I feel able to give a better review. I didn’t test on a high quality amp, I leave that to someone else. My testing was via my iPhone and iPad which are premium products I think. I choose music by Whitney Houston from her greatest hits album because I like the orchestration as much as her singing. I found her voice very clear and the bass in the orchestration was well defined. Next recording, quite different was by David Guetta album title Nothing but the beat. In the recording Titanium the bass was excellent and the transients again is clear and again well divfined. The ear phones were advitised having a frequency range of 20 to 22.000 Hz (lowest and highest). When they arrived the box stated 20 to 20.000Hz both within human hearing range. So, all in all, in four words, very pleased with purchase. Very good price and well made. Love the no tangle cord, well most of the time and much much better than my previous phones. Hope this help. Try them and if you don’t like them send back for a refund.

They’re good, but do not last long. I use these everyday and after so many months they get quieter, or maybe one bud just stops working. I don’t listen to loud music, just evening sleep meditation apps. I keep buying them because they’re cheap, but maybe that’s a false economy because I’ve bought about one or two every year.

Love these headphones. They are have good bass and good sound quality. It fits perfectly in the ear. Sony are always a good make so didn't expect any less.

Rubbish - do not waste your money. Bought these to get new wired headphones for the day my old ones go wrong. No such luck - my old wired headphones out perform new ones hands down. Sony should be ashamed of this rubbish. I have 2 sets of Sony earbuds - spent quite a lot of money on them - for when I am moving around but they keep falling out. When I am sewing etc. I use wired headphones. I am prepared to spend money on wired headphones they are still in demand.

Tanie i mało wyszukanie grające . Największa wada to szybko sztywniejący kabelek A plusik to to że jak zgubisz albo popsujesz to nie będziesz bardzo żałować. Edit : po 16 mc kupione ponownie (kabelki przy słuchawkach zesztywniały) zaskoczenie przy odsłuchu ... dużo ciszej grające, cóż można zrobić głośniej u źródła i byłoby ok. Ale tego stłumionego dźwięku nie poprawi już nic ! zauważyłem że siateczki na rurkach są jakieś sztywne i podejrzanie grube i usunąłem je i .....dżwięk "odżył" !!! Bez siateczek będę musiał jeszcze częściej czyścić moje .....uszy. w tym egzemplarzu kabelki przy słuchwkach zaczęły sztywnieć po 1 m-cu. Materiał do produkcji co raz gorszy...

I'm so glad I got these. I edit all day long and the big cans can be really heavy on the ears. I use these just to check in on things and keep a steady sound going in my ears for vocal recordings. I still use the big guys to hear details but these are clear and wonderful and light. I love the light part. Great sound too.

I use them for watching movies on a tablet. They are comfortable and have reasonable sound quality. Based upon my past experience, the cord will probably be shot within 6 months, rendering one of the earbuds inoperative.
