Gaggia RI8323/01 Gran Style Coffee Machine, 950 W, 15 Bar, Black

Got it to replace a machine which automatically made cappuccinos. Tending to drink black coffeee now so this, cheaper, replacement, fitted the bill. Get a lovely coffees with goodcrema now I have settled on a coffee which I really enjoy without milk. Very pleased with it.

I have just bought two of these for work. I have had delonghi, krups and dualit. There is a rubber seal that you place over the loose coffee to make sure the water doesn't come out of the top of the arm. This is timely to take on and off when making more than one drink it is also a minor burn risk. ESE pods use their own filter holder which doesn't allow use of the rubber seal, it simply wont allow the coffee arm to fit into the machine. Tried multiple times to no avail. Using the ESE pods without the seal means water spills from the top of the coffee arm instead of going through the coffee. I have tried without the pod in the same filter holder to flush the machine and test both with/without the rubber seal and it doesn't fit with and leaks without. It is only useful with ground coffee. The steam wand does not move far out so getting a jug under is difficult. I am very dissapointed in GAGIA.

Really good coffee machine, produces consistent good coffee, however just a little too frothy. Heats up quick and steams milk quickly also. Only real issues are the very low clearance under the machine, so you will need cups of a height less than 8cm to get under comfortably. The clearance under the milkfrother is also low but you get used to it.

Absolutely love this machine. Lovely smooth creamy coffee. Very straightforward. Fill water container (1.2ltrs when full), add the coffee...making sure the portafilter is locked in nice and tight (I failed to secure it the first time I used it....ooops), cup under and press the button. I'm already planning for a upgrade! Highly recommended!

Not as sturdy as my previous Gaggia Cubika machine, have to remove tray in order to get any reasonable sized cup in position. On/off button is on the back of the machine which is not ideal and sadly it drips. Water tank location is better than my old model and storage compartment on top is a good idea.

Product became faulty within the guarantee period seller wanted nothing to do with it "go to gaggia " was their response. Rubbish service and technically illegal as all UK electrical products have 5 yr guarantee and the contract of sale is with the seller not the manufacturer.

Not really a fault of the product, but the machine was very obviously used when it arrived. The steam wand was covered in dried milk, the opening that the basket connects to was stained with coffee, and the box was in bad condition and had been clumsily re sealed with brown packing tape

Buena cafetera, recomendable y funciona perfectamente. El botón de encendido está en la parte trasera pero no es un problema, se le da perfectamente con el dedo. Con el dosificador grande lo llenas a tu gusto y no es necesario poner el pequeño. No suelo poner la rejilla para el goteo final puesto que sino no puedo poner vaso grande o taza mayor. Exceptuando la rejilla del goteo k se mueve y no le veo uso porque te ciñes a una taza pequeña..sus materiales son buenos.

Conosco la Gaggia e in particolare la linea Gran Gaggia. Questo modello conferma l'ottima impressione che ho sempre avuto. Premetto che ne ho una in casa da 25 anni e adesso ho preso questa per uso da parte del personale del mio Ufficio. Non essendo nella comodità di una cucina, ma in una stanza di ufficio aperto al pubblico, non potevamo permetterci macchine con polvere di caffè da ricaricare e soprattutto svuotare di volta in volta. Le capsule sono costose e quindi la scelta è ricaduta su una macchina a cialde. Materiali molto robusti. Curata nei minimi particolari rimane pulita e lascia pulito intorno a lei. Il caffè in cialde è ottimo, con una deliziosa schiuma che ne esalta le qualità, basta solo avere l'accortezza di bagnare le cialde con un getto di acqua calda della stessa macchina, prime di bloccare il filtro per la produzione del caffè (la cialda si dilata nel filtro, lo occupa tutto e il caffè scende lentamente producendo la schiuma desiderata). Presa con le offerte del prime day, il rapporto qualità prezzo è eccellente. Ottima AMAZON che ha consegnato in 18 ore dall'ordine.

Sehr gute einfache Kaffeemaschine, die ihren Zweck voll erfüllt. Der Lieferant Technolando war sehr hilfsbereit.
