I love this tea, so easy to drink & is so good for you too!

Bought this tea on a whim because I remembered hearing it mentioned by other people with mental health problems that I know, and I am so, so glad that I did. I have it before I go to sleep and it has hugely improved my ability to sleep well and to get out of bed in the morning. Less body pain, less anxiety and a small lift to the depression which has made the difference between being completely unable to function and able to function on a low level, which honestly is huge. It might not do anything for you, but for £3 I'd really advise giving it a go.Plus, it tastes really nice.

Am just trying these as I have been very stressed and think they are calming me - will keep taking them.

Love the taste of the tulsi tea its kind of spicy and tastes slightly like redbush, i'd recommend it as its very calming too.

Flavour takes getting used to but pleasant and relaxing.

I was recommended this tea as part of a metabolic effect regime I'm following. It is so relaxing i have it before bed and i sleep so well, I absolutely love it. Also very good for you in general.
