Oh... My... Days... The FUZZ!!!! this totally blew me away! I just tried the slash octave fuzz and returned it for this!!!! The slash octave fuzz is great but doesn't do anywhere near what this does fuzz wise and the octave feature on the slash fuzz wouldn't get used nearly enough for it to be worth the money so I returned it and tried this and I'm so glad!! I'll probs get a cheap octave pedal for the rare time I need it.. If I ever even do... First of all.. Off the bat. . I'm a contracted professional guitarist as of August 2023. I'm from the UK🇬🇧 and I play all over the world in front of thousands of people now thanks to God blessing me! I'm based out of Texas USA🇺🇸🤠now, and so I get my hands on all sorts of neat kit mainly over the top expensive gear I refuse to use lol... And that's why I'm here.... £22.....and it blew my mind and overshadowed the slash fuzz pedal.. And I'm a huge slash fan too...sorry mate, I still love you though! Out the box, first it's behringer. You know it's going to be reliable, I've used them since I was 14 on and off, never had any issues and good Quality for low prices! It's bright orange which is super cool, helps too in the pitch black I often find myself in on stage or with the blues purples and white lights to find the pedal😂it's light weight but not so light it'd be flimsy. It is plastic yes but I don't get these people who break plastic pedals... I play anything from modern rock style worship music to literally heavy metal like bring me the horizon and all inbetween like guns n roses kings of Leon and also country music being a huge genre I play a lot of.... And never ever have I cracked or broken a plastic pedal, like, what 'yall doin with these pedals please lmao? And I get really into my gigs too and super energetic and aggressive😭😂 The knobs are quite stiff (no rude Jokes pls there's youngsters here👀😂) which in one sense is a bit tricky having large man hands as they're also quite small, but also you can tell because they're rigid they're solid and well constructed and less likely to get moved by accident during transport for example losing your settings. But there's so many different options you can use!!!!! The two levels of fuzz the lil switch provides are so different and they're both excellent too you can get so much from just that solo switch alone then all the other settings on top it!!! It has a boost feature too which is nice but I prefer my sonicake boost, it kinda has a higher treble higher octave setting fuzz and then the lower thick blues tone lower octave setting, both sound sick! I actually use this in conjunction with my JOYO American amp sim Distortion pedal thingy, that orange thingy, and wowwwwww, I'm gona do a video for you guys so you can Hear it and edit and upload this review with it, I'm going to review other kit I've used lately I've fallen in love with like the budget guitars by Harley Benson and recently my new fave go to rock guitar, the Hartwood revival hallow body guitar with whammy bar, and slap them on YouTube for 'yall interested in seeing how you can record and gig as a pro with technically "budget" kit and blow minds and shred out solos sounding Gibson and fender level! With no fancy software patches etc and flash amps! So as mentioned... I'm contracted... Which means I need a pro set up which I used to think meant I need to invest a lot of this cash into the gear.... Wrong. It's a different world now... The most expensive pedal I own is my strymon big sky, and my late dad bought me that as a gift when I got signed. He got me my first guitar as a teen and encouraged me all these years and fortunately got to see me get where he always saw me as a kid as a musician before he passed, and so this reverb pedal is the most expensive, and precious Kit I own And Use And Will NEVER use anything different reverb wise. But that pedal is worth my entire guitar collection I'm using at gigs and in the studio... Meaning no, I'm not using expensive ass Fenders And Gibsons, by choice!!! My practice Amp is literally a fender 10watt Amp, that's on the road or at home though lol otherwise I'm using fender or Marshall stacks in studio or gigs Point is... Don't listen to people who say you need BOSS ... You need Gibson or fender or you're not a real musician who's made it "big"... It's rubbish... My pro rig is made up of yeah my strymon, but then mainly JOYO , Chinese $18 KMIZE, AZOR pedals... (if you don't own them and on A Budget buy them now... Reverb, dig delay, crunch Distortion, overdrive, chorus and their tuner, you will be blown away and have change left!!) and so I'm no snob clearly and I'm blessed enough my budget can afford the high end stuff. Save that for your amps and all that technical stuff your guitar tech gets to use for you lol And this has now joined my pro rig board! Welcome to the family behringer fuzz! But this fuzz pedal is a game changer on your set up. Add it to Distortion for extra depth and texture. You won't regret it. It inspired a new song were working on, the riff came to me by just messing on with this pedal out the box and now it's growing into an excellent song with a lot of potential! Buy it, you don't like it, return it with Amazon's free returns.. No harm done. Also FYI my board isn't set up like that... It's a new board and I've just dug a load of these pedals out since getting to the uk as all my other pedals are in the USA. And so I'm in the process of setting it up properly before taping them down in the right order. I usually have them lol, so my fuzz, Distortion amps etc will be on the same level and my strymon usually goes to the top with my other accent pedals ie chorus etc

Have had this for a while, so plenty of time to make a good review. Imo this Fuzz box i would put up against one 3 times its price. Behringer are very good at low cost great performance. The 3 presets are very different and thats great. The overall functions are good, the gain is great. Yes its plastic but the quality of sound it produces far outweighs that. It can be battery or electric powered. Abit fiddly to get battery in but once you get the hang of it its not a problem. Most of my pedals are Behringer, they are just great at producing a cheaper option that doesn't take away from the sound or effects. I play heavy metal and this little box is great for that sound. Like i wrote would easily put this up against a £200 Fuzz box, especially for heavy rock genre. It would certainly fit into a live performance pedel set, just don't hit too hard on it as it is plastic. So for home use you really can't go wrong with this. It just sounds great. Was looking for a fuzz to get me close to the Fu Manchu sound (my big muff just doesn't get there) and after trawling every review I could find I still couldn't decide so decided to take a punt on this. At less than £30 it was £100 cheaper than most of the other options. This is my first Behringer pedal, I'm a big Boss fan and have a number of 'boutiques' as well and was expecting it to feel really cheap. It sort of does, although it's much better than expected, no problem for home use but I'm not sure it would survive long on the road. But I sort of knew that would be the case (hence only 4 stars, if it cost £15 more and was in a metal case it would get 5 stars). Plug in and let rip. Very low noise levels, this is a quiet pedal even with the gain dimed. Much quieter than pretty much all of my other dirt pedals. Ironically the boost circuit is the noisiest but I'm not really interested in it as I have a boost in my amp that's on a footswitch, Fuzz 1 is almost silent and Fuzz 2 has a small amount of hiss but not enough to worry about. Fuzz 1 is a really nice fuzz, not much to say about it really and not dissimilar tone to my Big Muff, boost is a boost, Fuzz 2 however is scooped and where it's at. Gain is usable all the way to 10 although it start s to get a little bit fizzy right at the top end, but the octaving is what I got it for. I'd like the upper octave to be slightly more prominent than it is, but that's probably just my ears and it may just be a bit more twiddling with the super useful bass and treble tone controls. Into a clean Mesa with a flat eq and I was within a whisker of Fu Manchu tone ('Godzilla/eatin' dust' was my reference). A different amp and pickup combination is probably the last bit (plus the player) but it was real close, certainly close enough to be very credible to all but the most discerning fans of the Manchu. It does seem to prefer high output PUP's, I initially tried it with a vintage output Fender Jazzmaster but it worked better with my Gibson Firebird with the current factory high output ceramics. It seems to like being pushed. It also works well with my Bass VI which has a 11.5k bridge PUP. Playing at really high gain is easy, there's very little string noise feedback at high gain unlike my Muff which screams at you as soon as you touch a string let alone play it at even moderate gain levels. If you're ham fisted like me this is a blessing. I love fuzz but generally they don't love me back. I think if you invested a bit of time with the tone controls this pedal could cover many fuzz tones, fuzz 2 puts you straight into stoner/desert rock and as long as you're OK with the plastic and you just want one fuzz to cover many tones it really should be on your short list. The only downside for me is the plastic case (which is probably more robust than I think) and a little bit of fizziness appearing as you approach max gain. This is a fantastic sounding pedal for not much money, just hope it doesn't break. Good experience with the seller, turned up a couple of days earlier than advised and was well packaged.

Awesome pedal wasn't impressed at first until I adjusted my blackstar HT 5 mini stack 100 wt amp settings but then wow great sound I love all kinds of distortion especially playing metal rock and blues , playing with my American performer fender telecaster with humbucker first great sound then I moved to my vintage 57 11 fender Stratocaster even better then it was time to bring the noise so I reached for my Jackson soloists pro series SLM 3 rainbow crackle to beast it up in c# standard tuning hell yeah 👍 loving this pedal the plastic fantastic 😍 bring the noise, fuzz boost is the best setting for myself personally nice bright and clear sound great distortion vibe with that settings it takes a little bit of amp setting and tweaking the pedal to get desired sound preference but man so worth it when you hear your sound coming through totally eargasmic lol 😂

This product came within stated delivery times. I am fairly new to playing guitar, have only been playing for a year now and wanted to ‘experiment’ with some accessories. Having read the reviews I thought I would buy this considering the price. I actually bought a Behringer TO-800 Tube Overdrive too so am writing this review to incorporate that as well.. again I am new to this so wanted to try other methods. I have two guitars both of which entry level Rockburns bought from Amazon- one being an Stratocaster style the other Les Paul2 style. I had already bought new/better strings and purchased a better amp too at around £70, again not top end but better than most ‘entry level’ ones. I read some reviews beforehand about being made of cheap plastic etc and not worth the money and all that, to be honest I done think they could be further from the truth. Packaging was really good the box looked like a good quality product inside and indeed I was not disappointed. The product certainly does not look or feel cheap. At first I thought it was metal but you could tell it was strong plastic. How this could be an issue I don’t know unless you have feet like a rino or intend using it with sledge hammer I cant see why this would pose an issue. To be honest unless you are one of these snobs that think you only get great quality from spending £100’s you will love it. I am no professional guitarist but can tell good quality and this is made very well indeed. Cant see spending stupid money for something a fraction of the price, unless you are a top rock band and producing your recording your own music! There is a battery compartment, I recommend you read the manual first !! I don’t often do this lol.. but it does clearly state how to access this and it is very simple, I think you can find this on youtube anyway but READ THE INSTRUCTIONS !! I also bought an adapter for it which all works well together. The sound is really great There is nothing spectacular here, just a good if generic pedal that does what it says on the box. It works, be better if it was easier to find the battery compartment. A sign saying 'Batteries Here.' would be a good idea. I found it after watching a YouTube video. Simple really. Behringer is a big company and although not great innovators, they do know their stuff when it comes to quality and value. Go ahead and buy one! Basically this pedal represents superb value for money. Good range of tones and sustain. I think the build quality is absolutely fine. Yes, it's not metal but it's still very robust. All in all, this is a steal.

This is an awesome pedal. Great sounds and with an insanely low price. Buy two.

I've been playing guitar for personal enjoyment for a few years & I make a whole load of mistakes along the way. I thought I'd stick a distortion pedal on for a bit of fun & to cover up my mistakes but I didn't want to fork out for a high-end model. What you get in the box is just the distortion pedal. It can be powered off of an ac adapter which isn't supplied or by one of the rectangular batteries which also isn't supplied. It took me took long to figure out the spring loaded release mechanism pins on either side of the pedal to remove the face plate for the battery but it's easy enough to do. The chassis of the Super Fuzz SF300 is plastic so it does lack the strength that you'll find with more expensive higher-end models. There are 3 settings Fuzz 1, Fuzz 2 & Boost and all 3 are decent sounding. After a little testing to set the level (essentially the volume of the pedal) the treble, bass & gain I found the sound I was looking for. Lordy me this is fun. 'Should I stay or should I go' by the Clash sounded great. 'I can't get no satisfaction' by the Rolling Stones sounded great. '20th Century Boy' by T-Rex sounded absolutely phenomenal so much so that my 13 year old who is being dragged through music classes at school picked up the guitar & started learning T-Rex too - & to be honest, who wouldn't want to. If you're planning on gigging & stamping on the thing every night then the plastic casing probably isn't sturdy enough for you. This is a budget distortion pedal which is fantastic for playing at home or in a rehearsal studio somewhere. For £20 you really can't go wrong if you're looking for that crunching guitar sound.

A surprisingly versatile pedal, providing a boost and two types of fuzz, both capable of a range of tones from subtle to aggressive. It works great with the Humbuckers of my Les Paul Standard but it struggles with my Strat Ultra, choking the tone and sustain for some reason. I presume that’s because the noiseless pickups on the Ultra are quieter and less hot than the humbuckers. I can’t say how standard single coils will sound through it. Having said that, a boost or compressor before it in the chain sorts the problem out nicely for my Fender.

Best pedal company on the market at a great price. I do enjoy a good Fuzz pedal when I do need to use one.
