By that I mean a factory fitted moulded plug not one you could unscrew and remove costing 50p. However, I am missing heating in my shoulder to neck muscles. So my advice it is to be sure what kind of area you really want to cover.Price could be cheaper but it is not too expensive.I normally use it tha maximum setting (number 6/6) which is different of the description, it has 6 different position to adjust heating.At the begining, it took me a few times to get used to tight my neck, but I feel the benefit every time I used when my pain is worse.Delivery was quick and excellent materials.
