Probably when brand new it is shorter, but of course it "relaxes" when it's been used a few times. Uncoiled, the seller quotes 10 feet, but you could never use it at that length - the "pull" on the coils is so great that it would exert considerable side pressure on the jack sockets on your instrument and your amp. This "side" pull is noticeable once you have it uncoiled over say 4 or 5 feet, and increases the more you stretch it.
