Would this work to apply fabric badges to a hoodie?

It should, but dependent on how thick/heavy the badge is will depend on how well it works. Be sure to allow plenty of drying time after application it really does take a long time to dry/cure, and be sure to follow guidance on washing drying etc.

Can i use this ti stick fabric onto faux leather or plastic?

I used it to stick a patch of denim to a faux leather covered gym mat. It's been slept on, exercised on etc and months later still stuck fast. Just be sure to allow it time to cure, at least 24 hours in my experience.

Can it be used on denim?
