The Roller was slightly too hard for my liking
The Roller was slightly too hard for my liking and was too painful to use on certain muscles. I have since changed to a Triggerpoint Grid foam roller which is less painful as there are no raised nobbly bits like this one has.Unfortunately I returned mine for a refund as it was missing the massage ball.

Missing lacrosse ball
Can't wait to try this and swear at my trainer because it hurts !! Came quickly but sans lacrosse ball....

Great package with all of the essentials
Great package with all of the essentials. The small roller is particularly useful due to it being extremelly light and small.

Decent foam roller, great ball
I was looking for a foam roller and got these to relieve muscle pain. The foam roller is alright and the skipping rope is decent aswell... the small ball however is so good I often forget the foam roller. All in all its worth the buck.

Great value, use all the mobility stuff often but don't really get why they include a skipping rope in the package.
