Received these a few days ago, so far I have only used the 3 smaller balls and have been extremely pleased with them. They are better than I expected. The spikes are firm, slightly flexible but not too hard. I needed a spiky ball to deal with a shoulder problem I have, but not really knowing which size to get, I decided to buy this set. I'm very glad I did - they are very good quality and very reasonably priced. They arrived promptly although the ebooklet took a little while longer, but it was worth waiting for - it is very comprehensive with clear tips and instructions for a variety of muscular problem areas. I'm very pleased with the purchase and would recommend this item.

These are perfect for anyone that has aches and pains on the body. These balls are very varsatile and comfy to use. Very addictive once started. Once u start you cant stop. These are very cheap and wont cost you much but the benefits are much more. If you dnt have one go get yourself one now.

These balls are very solid plastic...no give in them at all. I have used the larger ones mainly for my upper back/shoulders where i get very big knots and as such am having to have 4/6 weekly deep massages. These have helped to break down the knots in between sessions. They are not the easiest to use against a wall....but i got the hang of it after a while. You do have to keep constantly repositioning the ball which can get annoying and time consuming. Added bonus - my kids think theyre great fun to play with!

I bought a selection of massage balls to aid with plantar fasciitis and paid as much for a single ball as for this pack of five. These balls look to be well made, do not have the fuss of air valves and, having tried my selection, the smallest of this set has proven to be the most effective in relieving my heel discomfort. A really good value purchase.

Great balls, quality materials, no smells, with different stiffness for each color - yellow the softest & red the toughest, and still I use the red is one of the most used by me :)Dark blue has denser distribution spikes then blue one, which can be used for different moods & sensitivities. IMHO, their's size kinda the same.Using for faster recoveries after gym or just to make easy massage for pumping blood when sitting at the desk.
