Have a arthritic neck. Caused by age bad posture, computer use, mobile phone gazing and general low muscle conditioning. I use this along side exercises to in strengthen my neck back and core. I think it got some merit in helping me get to my goal which is less pain

What does it do for me/how do I use it?• it alleviates my neck, shoulder, and even lower back pain in a matter of 10-30 minutes.• At a minimum, I use it two times a week for 5-10 minutes (but usually longer if I have time) and just lay on the floor with it tucked under my neck and the base of it pressed into my shoulders. You take deep, thoughtful breaths and let your head drop back. As you breath you'll feel your neck making space for the tension to pass through and be relieved. Make sure you're not tensing your shoulders, you will and that's ok, just catch yourself and really let yourself continue to fall into the stretch. BREATHING THROUGH THE TENSION IS THE MEDICINE. This pillow guides your spinal chord into alignment. Also pay attention to your how even your hips/pelvis will need to realign as you lay there.• this alone permits me to go to town as a side sleeper.• being that I'm a side sleeper with double jointed shoulders that pop out of socket when I sleep, as well as a lower back disk herniation---for years, on the daily, I've woken up with the most intense aches in my scapula, neck, and lower back. Its worse on weekdays when I work on a laptop and tilt my neck in a dumb way, but this pillow completely eradicated that pain in about 3 days after purchase. So we can all agree, IM OBSESSED.• if I don't use it weekly, my pain will return as my work habits and phone habits seem to force me into terrible posture :/

First of all I don’t usually do reviews for a product I’ve had 3 days and I may revisit this in the future.The instructions are poor and badly translated/written. The ‘memory foam’ is rock hard the picture showing a finger pressing into must be applying some force. It is very uncomfortable to use but I do intend to keep trying and see if it helps because other reviews were good. However it has a host of do not use warnings I.e. if pregnant or various other things including hypertension!! But these should be shown on the purchase page for an informed purchase. So after 2 days of use I can’t yet report any pain relief, I’ll persevere and change my review if it works, but that won’t change the rock hardness.

Great idea, and price. This product has helped with my nagging neck pain. Remember, this is not a cushion, or a comfy pillow, there will be some discomfort initially when first using this item.

Bought this as I had been seeing loads of adverts for neck pain, posture, neck humps etc. I have a herniated c7 disc which causes intermittent neck, head and back pain. Depending on how inflamed it is. I’ve used this device daily and all I can say is that, yes you can feel it stretching your upper neck. It is not at all comfy and sometimes the suggested 5-10 minutes use is a real struggle and I’ve not notice any improvement on my slight lump at the back of my neck. I’ll keep using it for the neck stretching but unsure if it is any real benefit

Wife loves it as says she thinks it's realy helped. I'm not convinced but maybe it's better for smaller people than taller ones? I'm 6'1" and she's 5... something so perhaps that's why.

Doesn’t fit quite like it looks like in the picture. Hard and uncomfortable and doesn’t quite seem to support your neck in the positions shown.

Can’t recommend this product enough it’s helped me no end and I use it only 10 mins a day! I had a little problem at first and contacted the company they went above and beyond to sort my issue and I can’t thank them enough lovely company and great product! Thank you
