Handy for keeping things from moving around in the car boot

A set of bungee chords that behave exactly as you'd expect them to. One chord lasted a little over two months on my bicycle panniers - working as a cycle courier, bungee chords have a short, hard life. Two months is actually a little more than I expected, and I've still got three left. For the price, they're great.

Just the right length for a multitude of jobs and have good strong hooks. Our main use is for holding piled up weeds/branches securely on the wheelbarrow to take up to the bonfire so perhaps they accidentally got burnt too. As these are bright colours there should be less chance of that happening.

Used to secure my dogs crate in the boot of the car. Very good value and did a great job of keeping it safe and stable.

Strong and versatile

I needed stretch cords to move plant pots on my hand truck but one of the cords has a very small knot at the end. I’m in my 70’s but I could pull the cord through the collar easily. If I had used this cord without checking, I don’t think it would have held and would have probably come apart in use. The others have a better knot. See photos :- first; small knot that slipped through collar; second, larger knot that held firm. Just a further note - my own fault entirely, but I thought they were all different lengths but they are all the same, in case you want a variety of lengths!

These bungee cords are okay for lightweight work - I used them to attach my daughter's school book bags to her bike rack. The hooks on them bend pretty easily and as the picture shows they snap off easily (this was after a week's use) so best not to apply to much force. You get what you pay for and I am fine with that but if you are using them for heavy or valued items then probably worth spending a few more pounds on more durable cords.
