**Q: How to turn off the alarm?**
A: Very simple, you can turn off it by pressing any button twice

**Q: is this made from real wood?**
A: It looks like a wood veneer but not sure if it is wood or plastic. It does look like wood though from a distance.

**Q: Can I use it for snooze if I want to take a nap?**
A: There is a nine-minute snooze function which is not configurable, but you can repeat it every nine minutes. Each time the the alarm is triggered, hitting any button one time starts the snooze, while hitting any button two times ends the alarm for the day.

**Q: can you turn off the light completely during the night and still leave the alarm on? or also at minimum level the light remains a little on?**
A: You can turn light off all the way and still use alarm.

I bought this for a friend who is so delighted with the clock. She is now able to see the time clearly but more importantly the day as well and then check if she has any appointments arranged. She has not missed anything since having the clock, a great gift.

Great clock. It's easy to see without giving me retina burn, which red lights give me, and blu lights I just had a hard time seeing. The yellow display is perfect. Also dimmable for dark rooms, being visible but not so bright it hurts. A great clock.
