Works really good and very waterproof. Gives a nice finish to pottery.

It arrived on time I find it easy to use . I make things from airdrying clay , paint on top with acrylic and then glaze .It works fine

This does what it's meant to. It waterproofs the dried clay and the yellow fades. However, please note that you need to apply it BEFORE painting or glazing, as per the instructions. Putting it on an the end will not work. It does make the clay less porous (obviously) so it won't soak up the glaze or paint you apply as well as it might otherwise, but if you need the finished article to repel water it will do that.

I have now used this for more than 2 years. I have used it on terracotta pots to seal the inside or the outside to be able to paint / decoupage them. The seal has to be applied evenly but sparingly and indeed, I have not found any leaks or damages to my decorated pots due to water penetration. If you overuse it i.e. you put too think a layer which is possible only if you waterproof on the inside of a pot and you leave excess at the bottom, then the seal retains this yellowish colour. However, it works brilliantly used on the outside of natural terracotta pottery.

Sadly this product did not work for me. I was using it with air drying clay and it hasn't made it waterproof completely, despite doing a couple coats. My items have gone soft again where they've been in contact with water. You also have to be careful because if you apply it too thickly in parts it retains it's yellow colour. It does create a nice gloss finish though, so would be useful for that, hence why I haven't given it a zero.

Brilliant product which does the job & the fluorescent colour is helpful to see what & where you have already painted.

I used this on terracotta saucers to make them waterproof, so i can't really tell if it it'll stain on white, but it definitely works as a waterproof glaze and gave a brilliant shine to my saucers.

ho acquistato questo prodotto per impermeabilizzare un vaso che ho sulla scrivania e perdeva acqua dal fondo. il prodotto è molto liquido e si stende alla perfezione semplicemente facendo ruotare il vaso per distribuirlo (senza dover usare pennelli) e si asciuga completamente in poche ore. il prezzo può sembrare eccessivo ma per un vaso ne basta solo una piccola quantità e con un flacone se ne possono fare a decine secondo me. fa quello che deve!

Impermeabilizzante opaco per das e simili, ATTENZIONE a NON usarlo su superfici colorate perchè porta via il colore anche se asciutto da giorni.Aciuga rapidamente quindi bisogna essere veloci a stenderlo, l'effetto finale non è proprio lucido ma più tendente all'opaco
