The quality is great. The ability to personalize is amazing. The editing. I was able to put on pictures crop them write a message and a poem I wrote my boyfriend on mine. The picture quality is phenomenal. I highly recommend the purchase even though it didn’t come with prime shipping.

The media could not be loaded.  My parents lost their house in a fire in that fire were their favorite cups or pictures of us grandkids and kids. So for Christmas we replace those cups these cups were awesome. The stainless steel sturdy pictures were clear and there was a ton of pictures that we could add on there so we could add all kinds of them all the grandkids, the animals, the top is is comes off easy for them because they’re older but yet you can tip it and then the liquid comes out it’s got availability for the straw. They are so excited and I was pleasantly surprised for the price a little bummed about the shipping prices but yeah that end into the cup and it’s excellent. I’m nice sturdy, good cups well put together , and they were thrilled with them

HORRIBLE QUALITY!!!! BIGGEST WASTE OF MONEY EVER!!!!! THE PICTURES ARE BAD QUALITY, THE CUP CAME SCRATCHED, ITS NON-REFUNDABLE, AND JUST OVERALL TERRIBLE QUALITY!!!! DO YOURSELF A FAVOR AND DO NOT PURCHASE THIS. DO NOT LISTEN TO ALL THE GOOD REVIEWS BECAUSE THIS CUP IS TRASH!!!!!

Although the cup itself is decent, the pictures are a bit small and the font style is not what I chose to have on there. It is totally unreadable with all the swirly stuff and hearts all thrown into the lettering. I just wanted plain large readable font. so not very happy with it overall. Not to mention it too forever to get here and was delayed and then still arrived later than it said it would.
