Each bag is approx. 5 grams in weight. Once they have been soaked in water for around 12-16 hours, they will expand up to 200x the original size. They will grow between 8mm and 12mm in diameter. Our Gel Soil will not leak any colour and is non toxic. Once fully hydrated, they will appear like crystals, although they are a jelly like polymer. INSTRUCTIONS - Empty each 5g bag into a large container, add about half a litre of water per 5g bag. Leave to soak overnight, or between 12 - 16 hours. Drain off any excess water. Once they have been on display for a week, they will shrink slightly. They will need additional water to return them to normal size.
