The pots and pans heat up nicely and clean easily. I put some water in one then emptied the water out and the pot was dry to the touch. This is a great purchase.

Perfect pan. Nothing sticks, easy cleanup. Just take a paper towel and wipe clean or rinse with hot water. It’s as easy as a cast iron skillet to clean. It also browns meat which is exceptional for a lightweight non stick skillet. I do wish it had a lid.

Very nice pan. It’s made in Italy not China!!! So it’s great quality. Cooks evenly and food doesn’t scorch. It’s heavy and not flimsy like other nonstick pans. Cleans in a snap! I love it!

Was a great pan for the first year. Despite exclusively hand washing and only using silicon utensils, the pans are no longer non stick after 1 year. At the price and with the care I provided, I had hoped they would last longer.

Pan is a little too heavy for my wife. Otherwise very good quality. This is a good pan, and I don't think too many people would say it is too heavy, but my wife is a small (not tiny) woman, and for her it is too heavy for comfort. She still adjusts and uses it often.

This is exactly what I was wanting -- a pan deep enough to contain a large amount of vegies but still fit on my stovetop without pushing into pots on other burners.

Found by reading a NY Times review from a trusted writer. No more stuck eggs, durable deep and a breeze to clean with no bolts on the inside for the handle. Not recommended for high heat searing. I have always bought French pans but this Italian brand is a winner

This is a beautiful and durable pan. We purchased the 9.5" Deep Madura Plus Pan. I'm hoping the screw in the handle will not be a problem, but with the lifetime warranty Zwilling should stand behind their product. I am pleased so far.
