Cannot go wrong for the price!
I have been scanning reviews for a cheap small DAB radio with Bluetooth that could replace the old hifi in our kitchen. Took a punt on this for under 30 quid and I'd happily buy another.Within a few seconds of scanning it picked up a load of DAB stations and after checking most they were all crystal clear. Bluetooth connectivity to my phone was instant with a recorded voice to say it was connected. Again very clear without any buzzing and great for playing my saved music and Spotify. It's a 30 quid device so don't expect massive bass and sound to fill a concert hall but in a kitchen or bedroom it does the job very well. The included rechargeable internal battery should be handy for use in the garden or elsewhere although I have not tested this.It also looks smart and inconspicuous being the size it is. Touch sensitive buttons on the top for most controls with sturdy knobs on the side and a front volume knob. A decent lit circular display on the front makes it easy to identity stations and functions which acts as a clock when on standby.

Decent for the price.
Pros-* Loud speaker.* Battery lasts along time.* Looks fairly good* No issues with reception, finds all channels.* Bluetooth connectivity has no issues.* A lot of radio and speaker for the price.Cons* At low volumes the speaker hisses. This is on Dab, FM, Bluetooth. More of an issue when listening to people talking. Not great if you like Radio 4.* The build quality is not great. My side power switch is very tempremental. Sometimes it can take a lot of fiddling just to get it on.* If you leave the side switch on, but on standby instead, even with the display off, the battery drains quickly.

Great little box with lots of features. Only let down by low volume hiss.
Really powerful radio. Very impressed at the number of modes too: DAB, FM, Bluetooth (receiver), AUX.DAB (and FM) tuning was easy, and the sound really clear as expected. Bluetooth pairing was easy too.I had this as my bedside radio, since it has a lit display with a clock, and the brightness can be turned down to an acceptable level for a dark bedroom (it can also be turned off completely if required). The sleep timer can be set to any time and any saved DAB station, and when it comes on it gently turns the volume up from nothing to wherever you set it with the manual knob.Love the fact that it can be charged by micro USB, so it is fully portable and won't cost a fortune in batteries, and can be charged almost anywhere without having to bring a specific charger.Slightly frustrating that to turn it on you have to press the On/Off button for 3 seconds! Means you can't just turn it on as you're walking past. Likewise to turn it off you have to press for 3 seconds. (I could turn it fully off at the switch, but that's just a faff as it's a knob on the side, and then it doesn't show the clock!)However, the sound quality is spoilt slightly by a quiet hiss (in all modes - it's an amplifier artefact, rather than a specific input) - not noticeable when the volume is turned up, but when used in a quiet bedroom it is noticeably there. (This was a problem that I noticed on a Majority Arbury too, so it seems to be a problem with the cheaper end of the market - I can't believe it is there on e.g. Pure products.) The low-level noise is also made worse when the display is at half brightness. Display off/fully on and that extra noise isn't there. The low-level hiss was so annoying that I have put this radio in a different room, and replaced it with a (less functional) Tesco DAB/FM radio (I needed DAB Alarm Clock, and they're surprisingly hard to find for a good price!), which has barely any low-level hiss.

Great little DAB radio
Great little DAB radio for the price I am impressed with its design and sound quality. I am considering getting a second for for my workshop. The original one I have in the kitchen where it looks great on the window ledge. Not that I am the sort of person who that desires for that design quality. I am a man.! practically and quality come foremost ;-)The display is clear and the menu is easy to use. The volume can be cranked right up with little distortion which is great when you have a noisy kitchen extraction fan.The handle on the radio is a leather like material and can be manipulated like a belt but cannot be removed (that was one of the questions other buyers asked)The only down side to this radio which was built to capture the European market is that mine had a setup language of German. Luckily it's my second language but It didn't take much to change and I am sure in he instructions it has a procedure to change it some where.!I didn't read my manual that is how easy this radio is to use..All in all a great little radio.

Not good.
A lot of features for the price, DAB, FM, BT, AUX, but not of a high quality sadly. Feels cheap and moving the aerial in a certain direction will force the front and back of the unit apart. Which is not ideal. The worst thing though is the loud noise floor, I suspect the electronics are badly designed. The unit emits quite a loud white noise regardless of the volume control setting (this is not a radio reception issue, it occurs regardless of input). This is very annoying when listening to speech, but if you like rock then it's pretty much masked. I've also had trouble pairing the device for Bluetooth, often the "pair" button doesn't work.Disappointed.
