I have been taking these tablets for over a year now and definitely feel that they make a difference to my health. I’m 50+ now and use them to keep my bones strong. I got them on special offer and seemed great value for money. Not bitter taste but the calcium tablets are Quite big so you could break them in half and take them.

Good vitamins even though I haven't had much of a difference in anything but better nail growth .The tablets are quite big which is annoying .
