Importance of B12 fit the brain.
I have been taking B12 for a long time having listened my daughter in law who is very knowledgeable about such things. Recently my GP recommended this vitamin as being good for the brain as I to admit to being older and forgetful at times. . So I ordered a new set of pills. I take one daily!

Works well
Work very well. I had a borderline B12 deficiency and within a few weeks my levels had greatly improved (on both my “active” and “total” B12 tests). Due to my previously low levels, I noticed an incremental improvement in my health within days. I chose this product as after research, I prefer to take natural B12 (methylcobalamin) rather than the synthetic kind (cyanocobalamin).

Son comprimidos de tamaño muy pequeño (menos de 1 cm de diámetro), lo que facilita su deglución en las personas a las que no les gusta o les cuesta ingerir comprimidos. Están pensados para tragar, no para disolver en la boca, por lo que carecen de saborizantes y su consistencia es bastante dura, es decir, tampoco son masticables, sino para tragar enteros. Vienen bien envasados en un frasco adecuado para el número de comprimidos, a diferencia de otras marcas en las que se utilizan envases de plástico enormes para una pequeña cantidad de cápsulas o comprimidos. El precio es excelente para la cantidad de producto, es fabricado en Europa y el envío fue muy rápido.

Je ne peux pas juger de l'efficacité car ça fait que une semaine que j'en prends mais ça semble très bien, très économique une seule boîte pour un an et je connais cette marque pour acheter d'autres compléments alimentaires j'en suis très satisfaite
