Easy, Fluffy Pancakes with Great Taste
This King Arthur Buttermilk Pancake Mix is super convenient and makes really good pancakes with just water added. The texture comes out light and fluffy, and the flavor has a nice buttermilk taste that doesn’t feel artificial. I like that it’s made with non-GMO ingredients and is certified kosher, which adds confidence in the quality. It mixes easily without clumps and cooks evenly on the griddle. Absolute BEST pancake mix!
This is my absolute favorite pancake mix I have ever used. I love that it is super easy - just add water and the pancakes turn out light and fluffy every single time!

The kids (picky eaters) love them! A real easy treat!
I have to say just add water freaked me out but wow I’m surprised it tastes so good! I used to use another buttermilk blend that suggested I use real buttermilk and that was what my kids loved. Then our grocery store stopped selling Frank——- and left me with this option. But as I was using the last two cups I noticed a message on the bottom as a tip. Use egg milk and oil and I can’t wait to try this mix! My kids love them.
