I started using this product last year. Based on my bench press improvement and the volume of my muscles in my PECS and shoulders I would have to say this product works well at giving a noticeable increase in mass and strength.I went from a plateau of of about 215 lb bench press for 2 reps to about 240 max for one rep over the course of using this product.Keep in mind that a lot of other factors come into play such as eating a higher fat content in my diet and putting in the work consistently. But I feel that this product at very least assisted my improvement on a level that I would have otherwise not achieved.I have experienced no side effects or issues that I can place my finger on, but this too is possibly skewed by many factors such as rest, my activity outside of weight lifting, age and so forth.I believe that this product is a great by for a consistent weight lifter who wants to break through their ceiling without taking dangerous or side effect ridden compounds that cost an arm and a testicle (you know what I'm getting at).You can get beta ecdysterone from spinach, sweet potato and quinoa as well...

I lift 5 to 6 days a week and I add this to my daily regimen. Always feel nice and tight. No sides ever. Will cycle off after 3 months or so just for a quick break then resume. I do this for all supplements. Definitely would recommend.

So, I decided to take 4 capsules a day (2400 mg) for about 2 months. My upper body, delts, back, etc blew up more than I could’ve expected despite me not lifting any more or heavier in the gym than usual. I’ve tried other brands of ecdysterone in the past and that didn’t happen to this degree. I also broke out in cystic acne on my upper arms and back over these 2 months. Also felt sluggish and like my testosterone was suppressed. Almost like this product contains a suppressive anabolic substance which regular ecdysterone should not. So I’m a bit suspicious. If you want your muscles to get bigger faster, this sure seems to help, but in my case it also seems to have flared up acne and other symptoms of a real anabolic substance, unless it’s just all coincidence. Someone should lab test this product to settle what’s really in it.

So far so good seems to be working slowly but I'm hopeful!

I was taking this at the exact dose recommended, noticed a lot more stamina in the gym, but I decided to stop taking it because I started to have weird symptoms after administration, such as headaches, being light headed, and decreased libido. I haven't taken it for a week and just got my test levels back...and they had decreased significantly, almost like I was taking a suppressive compound. If this truly was ecdysterone, it should not affect testosterone production. Maybe I had something else going, but the correlation between the two is a little close for me to dismiss. I would be cautious buying this product. I also couldn't a verified 3rd party lab test result for this product, so there is no guarantee the product contains what it advertises.

It is a good supplement and it work it give me energy and strength
