Briliant Product Nice and dry in my car
What I love about this is the product does what other products dont ?? This works . You get 2 in a pack and they suit any car you can hang them up leave them on the dash or back shelf it dont realy matter they just work . They leave you with a nice dry interior ith no mist on the windows so no wiping or waiting around for ages for the mist to disapear off your screen. When the spot card in the middle turns from yellow to green just throw them in the microwave for 30 seconds and hey presto they are ready to work again. Because the size they are these last longer than the little pouches you buy for £ 6- £ 8 plus you get 2 of these and at the size they are no worries for some weeks. I get a lot of moisture where I park and these last for about 4 - 6 weeks before I have to re charge them by microwave. Just make sure you dont over microwave them as they are 30 seconds only not like some where you have to do 6 minutes at a time. Dont be tempted to do them longer otherwise they might melt the bagging. Read the instructions properly . The lads I purchased from on Amazon Seal products took care of me very profesionally when I needed help so any problems ask them for advice if you dont know something. I recomend these to everyone who gets to much moisture in there motor.

Impressive
I was dubious due to some reviews, but I thought I could always return them if they are not fit for purpose. When they arrived I checked to make sure of the contents and both had silica and not rock salt. The only thing I think would have been easier is if the colour change was more obvious, yellow to light green isn't the easiest to notice when you haven't got them both together or if you use them both at the same time. However, I was really pleased as where ever I keep them in the car, they clear all of the condensation. I haven't had one misty window since using these. I would recommend that if you choose to purchase, to make sure you buy them with Prime so that they are much easier to return if they don't work for you, but also, check the contents before you use. I find it odd that some have rock salt in, but I am hoping this was a manufacturing error during a short period as I bought these in Jan 2021 and I received them with silica. I did notice that a couple had come out of one bag, but discovered it was because my 10yr old wanted to see inside. The bag that he hasn't been near hasn't leaked at all. Great item that does a great job!

Does the job.
These bags do the job: they dehumidify. They do not work 100% but they have DRASTICALLY reduced the amount of condensation on my windows and I now nolonger have to scrape ice off the inside of my front window. They are a fairly big size but not as cumbersome as I was expecting. However, due to their size, and possibly the design of my dash, I am unable to have one out on the front onstantly and have to put in on a free shelf under the steering wheel while driving. I just wanted to mention it because if space is an issue in your car then this is not the product for you. I place one on my dashboard (at the front) when the car is not in use and I place the other on my parcel shelf (at the back) all the time as my rear window heaters are not great. This all seems to do the trick. The process of getting them dry once they have reached maximum obsorbency to be used again is a bit of a faff but not hard. I would advise reading the instructions included though to make sure you know when to dry them out and how to do this. Finally, the one downside to this being a mesh product is that some of the little beads inside have cracked in half and thus fallen out of the mesh bag. This hasn't happend lots and but enough in both bags for me to notice them on my parcel shelf and dash. However, the product is still working and still has lots of beads in it but I felt this was a negative worth mentioning.

Cheap, effective but poorly made
This product seems to work well in that it does absorb moisture. I bought them because we spend long periods away and our cars can get very damp inside especially in winter. I had previously bought Thomar ones which worked well but I wanted more since I could have one in use and one drying out for each car. I bought these as they are cheaper than the Thomar and I expected them to work as well. They are not as good as the Thomar product in that the net bags allow small pieces of the drying agent to escape. The Thomar bags are more reliable and can just be laid on the dashboard, these ones I have to place in a plastic dish to avoid residue. If you want to save money buy these but if you can spring for the extra then the Thomar ones are superior.

More of a hindrance than help
Pretty poor product to be honest, for the last month I’ve been using these in both of our cars (one on the dashboard and one on the parcel shelf in each car) and the windows are condensated, to be honest they actually seem worse than before I put these in, to the point where my windscreen has only ever misted up and now it has actual water droplets on the inside, the indicator on the bag is still yellow so I don’t believe that they are so full of moisture that they can’t absorb any more. I will try over the next couple of weeks without these in my car to see if they really are more of a hindrance than help, but I honestly believe they’re causing more dampness then they are clearing. For the money I think there quite pricey and I wouldn’t really recommend them to others as I’m struggling to see them doing their job. Update, I have removed these from my car and the car no longer has droplets of water on the windscreen, a slight misting which its always had, I dried out the damp eaters in the microwave on 1 minute bursts as recommended in the instructions and one bag just ended up covered in crystals around the outside of the bag, the one that didn’t I tried in my car again and it has mad no difference to the moisture in the car. So i think I’m right with my assumption that these sadly are pretty pointless and do cause more of a hindrance than help.

Cheaper and easier than the home-made alternatives.
After yet another rushed commute because I'd had to defrost the inside of the windscreen, I decided to do something about it. After seeing videos being shared around with a tip saying to stuff some old socks with cat litter as a chap solution, I had a little think, remembered I don't have a cat and its actually cheaper for me to just buy something thats meant for the job in the first place. These ar a more cost effective and practical solution to the problem. Being reusable is a big help - slap them on the radiator for an evening and you're good to go. The quality of the outer mesh is good, with enough flexibility and strength to be thriwn about a bit. The inner fabric bag which contains the siclica balls is a little more dlicate, but that's why you have the outer. Function wise, it works really very well. I bought two so i could put one at the front and one at the back, but one alone at the front has proven more than adequate in clearing the whole car, so the second one has gone into my restoration car which has had a harder life in the winter storms, but in just 3 days cleared right up. In short, highly recommended. These can go in all sorts of places other than the car and being reusable means you don't have to keep shelling out.
